Research Interests
Dr. Goodman is developing disease-focused community databases to support research on Type 1 Diabetes and Huntington's Disease funded by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the High Q Foundation. To this end, he brings to bear his significant expertise on managing information systems for large scale biological laboratories and mining of large biological datasets. He is motivated by the goals of discovering the causes of disease and the efficacy of various treatments.
