Marta Janer
Area of Expertise
Genetics
Current Position
Director of Genotyping Facility
Degree
Ph.D., Immunogenetics, University of Oxford, 1995
Research Interests
Dr. Janer is interested in understanding the genetic component of complex diseases through the use of high throughput technologies coupled with data mining and data integration methods. The identification of such genes is the first step towards the development of a preventive and personalized medicine.
