Research Interests
Dr. Lee is interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying prion pathophysiology during the course of prion disease. Towards this aim, she is investigating the global gene expression changes and biological networks in mouse brains and blood samples in response to prion infection through the generation, integration and analysis of various large-scale datasets.
